On Friday, June 19, Venezuela received the 162nd flight of the “Vuelta a la Patria” (Return to the Homeland) program, with 259 citizens from the United States—206 men, 35 women, 10 boys and 8 girls. The aircraft landed at Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, where everyone was welcomed with dignity and according to all protocols to ensure a happy reunion with their families. In total, since the start of the program, more than 28,000 Venezuelans have already returned to their homeland, and flights from the United States are now being operated on a regular basis.
